We ship by pallet (courier networks or dedicated truck) and by full container. Standard terms are EXW or FCA from the seller's warehouse in Czechia; DAP can be arranged for most of Europe, Ukraine and the Balkans, and to major African ports via freight forwarders. Typical lead times: 3–7 days within the EU, 1–2 weeks to Ukraine and the Balkans, 4–6 weeks for sea freight to Africa depending on the route.
Standard flow: proforma invoice, payment by bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), goods released after funds clear. For first-time buyers an escrow option is available so the payment is held until you confirm receipt. Popular lots can be reserved with a deposit (typically 10–20%) while you arrange transport or inspection.
On-site inspection before purchase is welcome on most lots. Panels come with flash-test reports and, on request, I-V curve measurements; batteries include SoH readouts from the BMS. Grading: A — like new, full output, no visible defects; B — light cosmetic wear, output within spec; C — visible wear or minor defects, working; D — for parts or repair. The grade is stated on every lot.
Each shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list; CE documentation and test reports are provided where available. For exports outside the EU we assist with the export declaration. Import duties, VAT and certification requirements in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility — we're happy to share paperwork your customs broker needs.
The typical minimum is one pallet (around 30 panels) or one battery/inverter bundle. Smaller trial orders are possible on some lots — a sensible way to check quality before committing to container volumes. Ask in your inquiry and we'll flag which current lots allow it.
